Global Semester Exchange Program. International Semester Exchange Initiative.Undergraduate Pakistani students who are enrolled at Pakistani universities are eligible to receive awards under the Global UGRAD program. Through a non-degree program, the Global UGRAD-Pakistan program provides academic and cultural interaction for one semester at a U.S. university.
Eligibility
Pakistani citizens:
– Applicants must be aged 18-24 by the deadline.
– Currently enrolled in a college or university in Pakistan and committed to returning to their home institution after completing the program.
– Must be in their 14th year of formal education Global Semester Exchange Program.
– Required to submit current or most recent transcripts, as well as previous transcripts, with the application.

Ineligibility
Dual citizens of the United States and Pakistan or permanent residents of the United States
Staff members of USAID, the Fulbright program, or the US Department of State, along with their parents, siblings, kids, and dependents
Students who have visited the US on a J-visa or through a grant from the US government Global Semester Exchange Program
How to apply
Every year by September/October, the Global UGRAD-Pakistan program is advertised (please check for availability). It is necessary for the application to be submitted online. To complete your application, make sure all supporting materials, such as scanned copies of all your transcripts attested by universities (including the most recent one), are submitted before submitting. In the event that your transcript does not include the CGPA or %, you must supply an explanation of the university’s grading scheme Global Semester Exchange Program.
NOTE: Reference letters and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current academic institution will only be requested of chosen students for Global Semester Exchange Program. .
